做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
