做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
